It has always been of personal importance to me to be open and curious about the people I meet. To support them, to recognize and promote their strengths and potential. So after graduating from university Human Resources was a logical career choice.
Since then, in addition to traditional HR work, I have accompanied numerous projects as an HR business partner and HR manager: from the spin-off of a business unit to the merger of several sites and the integration of a family-owned company into a global group.
I have worked in a wide variety of industries: chemicals, retail and the metal and electrical industries. However, all companies had one thing in common: they were international companies whose business operations in Germany corresponded to SMEs in terms of size and management.
My experience gained in Human Resources is also integrated in my work as a consultant, trainer and business coach. People have always been at the centre of my work. Because a company revolves around its employees. A company can only achieve maximum success when employees are deployed according to their potential, valued and able to actively participate in events.
